The Black Raven Property hosts two past-producing minesdating back to the late 1800’s, the Frost Cove Antimony Mine, and the StewartGold-Antimony Mine. It is located approximately 60km northwest of GanderInternational Airport, and approximately 100km north of the Beaver BrookAntimony Mine, currently on care and maintenance.

Projects/Black Raven:
The Black Raven Property comprises nine map-staked licenses constitutinga single contiguous block of 125 claims that in total cover 3,125ha or 31.25km2,less than an hours’ drive from the major centre of Gander. The property has been optioned fromwell-known local prospectors Eddie and Roland Quinlan under a two-yearagreement calling for $1.2million in expenditures, $120k and 12million CRIshares in staged payments to earn 100%. The vendors will retain a 2% royalty, of which 1% may be bought back byChurchill for USD 1million.

The Black Raven property encloses the two small-scale past producingmines which operated between 1890 and 1918 exploiting stibnite, gold andarsenopyrite. The mines and numerous related occurrences constitute anextensive high-grade hydrothermal system carrying gold, antimony and silver inveins and stockworks. The historical mines and other occurrences are locatedwithin close proximity to each other, in a larger-scale geological environmentdefined by intense veining and alteration associated with felsicintrusions. For the first time in theproject’s history, the entire mineralized system has been consolidated forsystematic, state-of-the-art exploration.

Churchill’s due-diligence sampling program was highly encouraging in thatsamplingat the historical Frost Cove Antimony mine and the Stewart Gold mine onreturned assays of 35.1% and 29.7% antimony and 14.4 g/t gold, respectively.

Churchill’s geological crew is active with mapping, prospectingand soil sampling allowing for generation ofdrill targets and potential for other early news flow, via cost effectiveexploration.
The 2025 program forthe property includes:
- LiDAR / orthophoto survey to map vein structures tocommence as soon as permit granted
- Trenching program and channel sampling with early andgood news potential
- 800m+ vein system / felsic dyke at Frost Cove can besystematically backhoe trenched and channel sampled.
- Trenching/sampling at Stewart Gold Mine
- trenches/pits at Taylor’s Room (swarm of ~50 smallqtz-asp-py-sb veins ~300m long by several meters wide).
- Sampling ofevery sizeable vein and gossan
- Soilsampling of under-explored areas (much of which can be done by boat along thecoast)
- Potentialfor drilling Frost Cove Antimony Mine by September, resource work to follow
