Corporate Governance

Churchill Resources Inc. is incorporated in Ontario and its shares are listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSXV). A non-executive chairman of Churchill is responsible for the running of the Board and the overall governance of the Company, supported by the Company Secretary.

Non-executive board members will be added to the board during 2021 to ensure objectivity. The current status of the governance structures and practices are set out in our 2020 Annual Report. We have continued to develop those structures and practices during 2021.  Over the following months we will be updating and adding to our website disclosures to ensure full compliance and best practices.
